Non-profit organizations that rely on donors for financial support to maintain, expand, and create programs must be able to write strong proposals, design needs-based projects, draft LogFrames and budgets, and must have a basic understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation. Additionally, a basic project risk assessment is crucial for any type of project implementation, as it helps in writing substantial assumptions in the LogFrame, thereby improving proposal quality and project implementation. Participants in this five-day workshop designed by HDFF, will develop a strong understanding of the intertwined skills needed for effective project management and proposal writing by employing realistic, scenario-based situations.
